Treatment Services Coordinator

Main Function
The Treatment Services Coordinator serves as a positive role model and mentor for those living in the MER Transitional Living Facility. This includes, but is not limited to, providing residential clients with assistance to meet his/her residential, therapeutic and/or personal care needs while living in a residential setting.
Services Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the daily and weekly structure and schedules for the MER Facility, as well as for assisting the case managers in the assessment and reassessment of the clients’ need for case management services. Services coordinators will be expected to learn and be able to inform residents about program & facility policies and procedures, community resources and services; assist the recipient in accessing benefits and services as directed by case managers; and monitor the provision of services.
Education/Experience
Some volunteer, course work and/or work experience in Social Work or other human services related fields. Requires knowledge in community resources, answering phones, making referrals, basic office management, coordinating services, and offering counseling or other supportive services.
Would prefer one who is familiar with reentry programs. This is a permanent position, Part time on the weekends. This could lead to full time as we are a growing agency.

Pay: $11.00 – $11.50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
